Measuring your dog for the proper fit.
To properly measure your dog for the proper size vest and collar you will want to use the graphic to the left as a guide and proceed as follows:

1.Measure your dog around the deepest part of his chest for cut vests and the thickest part of his neck for cut collars.

2. When making measurements, be sure the measuring tape is pulled snug (not tight) for maximum accuracy.

3.Dog vests are engineered for comfort and knowing that dogs come in all shapes and sizes has lead to a generous adjustability by the use of velcro and buckle/straps.

Velcro closures run perpendicular to the dog's spine. Simply increase or decrease the amount of overlap for a precise fit. Then buckle the straps until vest is snug.
1. Q: What are your vests made from?
A: Our vests are made from triple layered Ballistic Nylon that is sewn together in an open layered style which allows the vest layers to slide and wrinkle making it very difficult to cut. This method can be compared to trying to cut a t-shirt with scissors, but not pulling the T shirt tight first. It is almost impossible to cut due to the wrinkling of the layers of material. We DO NOT use Kevlar due to it's tendecncy to break down over time when exposed to water and or UV sunlight. Any untreated exposed Kevlar will degrade over time.
Our vests are 100% machine washable.

2.Q: What makes your cut vests and collars different than all the others out there?
A: Our vests and collars are one of the few on the market that use both velcro AND buckles for a perfect fit. In addition, our cut vests are about the longest vests made for protection of the dogs gut area, while still being tailored for the male dogs on the underside of the vests. Our vests also cover the entire top back area of the dog avoiding spinal injuries to dogs from descending back into a tusk when thrown. We also include reflective strips on every vest and collar making it very easy to identify your dogs when hunting at night.

3.Q: Can I get a custom vest made for my dog?
A: We do make custom vests upon request of different color combinations of straps and refective material.
All custom vests must be paid for in full before production and an additional two week delivery time will be added to the normal delivery time frame. Pricing may vary according to the amount of extra time needed for certain requests. Please contact us for further information.
